About Me

I am Maja Berman, a qualified CBH Therapist. I guide you to find your own solutions and help you change where you get to be the best version of yourself. With almost 20 years of working with people, I have gained deep understanding and experience in their thinking, enabling me to support them in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals.

I use Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH), combining cognitive behavioural therapy with hypnosis. My approach equips clients with techniques to apply outside sessions, ensuring enduring transformations.

I am a fully qualified Therapist, having completed my training at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. Additionally, I hold certifications in MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy), CNM (Nutrition for Everyday Living), and Counselling Foundations. Committed to continuous learning and development, I am also fully insured to practice Hypnotherapy.
